Dinner begins with an amuse bouche – Valentine’s Mini Burgers made with Japanese Miyazaki A5 wagyu beef patties with a light layer of gold leaves and truffle mayonnaise. This is followed by delicately seared Hokkaido Scallop with parsnip purée, shaved black truffle & bottarga foam.

For the next course, pasta is served as a celebration of love. Heart-shaped Lobster Ravioli are harmoniously combined with Canadian lobster and dill stuffing with beetroot sheets, a bisque reduction and crème fraiche.
