Start your meal with fresh Gallagher Oysters with lemon jelly and Avruga caviar along with Foie Gras Mi-Cuit with pistachios, mixed berries and fennel purée, and saffron chips, to start.
For the main course, the options are a hearty Lamb Rack with a pistachio crust and rosemary jus, a fine Wagyu Tenderloin Score 9 with Hasselback potato, braised onion and Bordelaise sauce, or a delicate Seared Turbot with garden vegetables and lobster bisque.
For the pre-dessert, the Passion Fruit Crémeux and Mixed Berries Pavlova offer a palate-cleansing burst of flavours, with Raspberry Rose Mousse and lychee sorbet as the sweet ending to the dinner.
