Standing at a height of nearly 150 metres, LeVel33, located on the 33rd floor of Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1 is now the World’s Highest Microbrewery in a Building. Officially recognised by Guinness World Records, Singapore’s iconic microbrewery has set a global benchmark in the craft brewing and dining industry.
Founded in 2010 by Dr Martin Bém, LeVeL33 was conceived as a bold fusion of old-world brewing traditions and exceptional dining, all set within an elevated urban environment. The brewery’s creation was no small feat of engineering. With 8,000 kg of brewing equipment hoisted into the building, it set a new standard for innovation. Today, it remains the only premium microbrewery of its kind in the world.
Elevated In A Truest Sense
The outlet offers an unparalleled experience across three distinct spaces: the exclusive Baron de Rothschild private dining room, the lively LeVeL33 Social, and the serene Terrace, each offering panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline. These areas create a range of atmospheres, from intimate dining to vibrant social gatherings, all centred around the brewery’s focal point: a gleaming copper brewing setup.
At the heart of the microbrewery’s success is Gabriel Garcia, the brewery’s Resident Brewmaster. Garcia combines cutting-edge European brewing techniques with traditional recipes to create a selection of fresh, unfiltered craft beers, served directly from tank to tap.
Accompanying the fine beers is the ContemBrewery cuisine, crafted by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski. This modern menu creatively incorporates beer into each dish, offering a culinary experience that perfectly complements the brewery’s beverages. The microbrewery also serves as an official ambassador of Barons de Rothschild Champagne, ensuring a truly premium experience.
