The St. Regis Langkawi returns with the fourth chapter of The Gastronomy Series. This edition features Chef Deepanker Khosla, the visionary behind Bangkok’s acclaimed Haoma. The two-night culinary takeover will take place at Kayuputi Langkawi on 21 and 22 November 2025.
Chef Khosla is celebrated for his forward-thinking approach to sustainable dining. Haoma is Thailand’s first urban farm and zero-waste restaurant. His restaurant has earned both a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star for its commitment to conscious gastronomy.
A Celebration of Sustainability and Flavour
Guided by his philosophy, “Grow to Give Back,” Chef Khosla redefines modern Indian cuisine through regenerative practices. He believes every dish should nourish both people and the planet.
For his debut at Kayuputi, Chef Khosla will craft a seven-course menu inspired by Langkawi itself. The dishes will feature fresh seafood, local vegetables, and ingredients sourced from island markets. Each course will blend Langkawi’s natural bounty with his Indian heritage. The result is a menu that tells a story of place, purpose, and passion.

Haoma’s reputation extends far beyond its Michelin stars. The restaurant recently received the Star Wine List Grand Prix 2024 for the world’s most sustainable wine list. This same philosophy will guide Kayuputi’s wine pairing experience. Each course will be matched with sustainable wines, adding depth and harmony to the evening.
