From the first whistle to the final minute of extra time, Richard Mille has reimagined how the spirit of soccer can be translated into haute horlogerie. Building on its early collaborations with the sport through the RM 11-01 and RM 11-04 Roberto Mancini, the Maison now introduces the RM 41-01 Tourbillon Soccer, presenting a timepiece that not only measures time but narrates the drama of the pitch in mechanical poetry.
At the heart of this 30-piece limited edition lies an entirely new, patented tourbillon flyback chronograph calibre, developed over five years in collaboration with Audemars Piguet Le Locle. The RM41-01 titanium calibre integrates a tourbillon escapement, a 70-hour power reserve, and a function indicator alongside overlapping central minutes and seconds for the chronograph. However, it is the bespoke soccer-specific complications that truly define the piece.
GOAL ORIENTED

With a patented tourbillon flyback chronograph calibre, match-phase indicator, and mechanical goal counters, the RM 41-01 transforms the drama of a football match into mechanical poetry.
The match-phase indicator at 9 o’clock maps the unfolding of a game, from the first to second half and through overtime. Opposite, the iconic function indicator displays winding, neutral, or hand-setting modes across three titanium plates. The mechanical goal counters — another first — track home and away goals up to nine. Advancing along metallic rails with each press of the pushers at 2 and 4 o’clock before resetting automatically, it serves as a testament to Richard Mille’s ingenious engineering.

Pushers, ergonomically calibrated and enhanced by a patented double-column-wheel chronograph, deliver uniform tactile feedback across every function, from timing a goal to resetting the match.
Every element of the movement is a study in extreme architecture and meticulous finishing. Skeletonised bridges, gears, and levers have been optimised to remove superfluous material, while microblasting, PVD treatments, hand-polished chamfers, and lacquered engravings showcase an artistry where function meets finesse. Inspired by the hexagonal geometry of a soccer ball, the 5N PVD-treated titanium bridge securing the fast-rotating barrel reflects both the sport and the technical sophistication behind it.
SCORING ON STYLE

Basalt TPT®️ debuts as Richard Mille’s latest composite developed with NTPT™️, derived from volcanic basalt.
The tonneau-shaped case, presented in two versions — Red Carmin Basalt TPT® and dark blue Quartz TPT® — exemplifies Richard Mille’s commitment to ergonomics and style. Basalt TPT®, derived from volcanic rock, displays a natural wood-like grain, while Carbon and Quartz TPT® accents reinforce the watch’s durability, chemical resistance, and UV resistance.

Pushers crafted from microblasted titanium, with Carbon TPT® or Basalt TPT® inserts and 5N gold guards, offer uniform tactile feedback across all functions, enhanced by a patented double-column-wheel flyback chronograph construction.
Able to chronicle every minute, every goal, and every twist of extra time, the RM 41-01 Tourbillon Soccer transforms the rhythm of the pitch into mechanical spectacle. It is a celebration of innovation, complexity, and artistry — a watch that, in true Richard Mille fashion, transcends timekeeping to become a narrative of sport itself.
