Aman Singapore: a new benchmark in Urban Sanctuary
Aman is extending its hallmark blend of serenity, design, and exclusivity to the heart of Singapore. Scheduled to open in 2028, Aman Singapore will rise within The Skywaters, the country’s tallest new skyscraper, and mark a defining moment in the city-state’s ultra-luxury landscape.
Singapore’s Tallest Tower
For the first time, the Aman lifestyle—an ethos rooted in privacy, calm, and timeless elegance—will find expression in one of Asia’s most dynamic urban settings. At 305 metres and 63 storeys, it will be Singapore’s first supertall tower, designed by the globally acclaimed Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and developed by Perennial Holdings.

The development celebrates sustainability with terracotta façades, engineered bamboo finishes, and lush sky terraces. This is aimed to achieve Singapore’s coveted Green Mark Platinum rating.
An Urban Sanctuary For City Lovers
Aman Singapore will form a defining presence within the tower, offering three interwoven elements: an ultra-luxury hotel, a collection of Aman-branded private residences, and a global members’ Aman Club.
Kerry Hill Architects will craft the interiors, extending a legacy of iconic Aman retreats. Their vision will ensure that natural light, clean lines, and refined materials create a sense of stillness even as the city hums below.
Unmatched Views

The hotel will occupy a dedicated floor and feature some of the largest suites in Singapore. Guests can enjoy sweeping views of Marina Bay, the South China Sea, and the lush green belt of the Garden City. Each suite will reflect Aman’s design DNA, balancing generous proportions with serene minimalism.
The Aman Club complements the hotel, welcoming an exclusive global community of members. A limited collection of one- to five-bedroom residences also rises above the city as private sanctuaries in the sky.
Amenities at Aman Singapore will be as thoughtfully curated as its design. A full-floor Aman Spa will anchor the wellness offering, complete with an infinity-edged pool overlooking the city. Several of Aman’s signature dining concepts will bring international flavours to life in refined yet relaxed settings.
Why Aman Singapore Matters

Vlad Doronin
The arrival of Aman in Singapore matters on several levels. It signals the brand’s confidence in Singapore as a gateway to Asia. It also shows recognition that today’s luxury travellers desire more than material opulence.
As Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, says, Aman Singapore will embody all the hallmarks that the brand is celebrated for. These include intuitive service, serene design, and a sense of belonging in extraordinary locations. In this case, the extraordinary is not a distant beach or secluded mountain, but the very heart of Singapore’s skyline.
