In a move that brings together two powerhouses of French creativity, Dior has announced a new collaboration with world-renowned chef Yannick Alléno, who will take charge of the dining experience at the Maison’s iconic 30 Montaigne address.

Already the most Michelin-starred chef in the world this year with 17 stars across 18 restaurants, Alléno is now adding a nineteenth to his portfolio: Monsieur Dior, the fashion house’s flagship restaurant. The chef will also oversee Le Café and a newly renamed patisserie, Le Jardin, all housed within Dior’s historic townhouse, the same one where Christian Dior launched his first collection in 1946.

At the heart of the project is a simple but intriguing question: “What would Christian Dior do if he were to open a restaurant today?” Alléno’s answer is a dining concept that blends culinary artistry with couture sensibility.

The menu he’s created is inspired by Dior’s legacy, particularly the designer’s love of flowers, nature, and sculptural silhouettes, and is designed to feel like a collection in its own right. Think thoughtful plating, delicate textures, and dishes that reference archival looks and iconic designs.

“Like Christian Dior, I’m rooted in my time,” says Alléno. “I wanted to imagine a space that reflects how he might see the world today by bringing his spirit into a new era, through food.”

The result is three distinct yet connected spaces that embody Dior’s art de vivre. It creates not just somewhere to eat, but places to experience craft, beauty, and modern French hospitality. From the refined tasting menus at Monsieur Dior to the elegant pâtisserie offerings at Le Jardin, this is a celebration of style on every level.

Located in one of the most storied addresses in Paris, this collaboration pushes the boundaries of what a fashion house can be by merging the elegance of couture with the innovation of contemporary fine dining.
