LOUIS XIII Cognac has unveiled the exclusive LOUIS XIII Malaysia Edition, a limited release that pays tribute to Malaysia’s rich heritage and architectural achievements. With only 40 decanters available nationwide, the 70cl edition honours the nation’s journey through a luxurious blend of craftsmanship and national pride.
Each decanter features intricate gold leaf renderings of three of Malaysia’s most iconic skyscrapers: the Petronas Twin Towers, Warisan Merdeka Tower, and The Exchange 106. These striking designs have been meticulously hand-applied by local artisans, showcasing their exceptional skill and preserving the artistry of traditional gilding.
The Malaysia Edition stands as a symbol of national growth and excellence, echoing LOUIS XIII’s own legacy of craftsmanship. Just as the Cognac is crafted from centuries of savoir-faire and generations of Cellar Masters, this release honours Malaysia’s evolution into a modern marvel.
The decanter was officially unveiled at a private launch held at The Private Chamber, where guests were treated to an intimate evening of elegance and artistry. The event featured live demonstrations by Malaysian artisans, highlighting the painstaking techniques used in the gold leaf application.
