This summer, The Lanesborough is raising a glass to luxury with the arrival of an exclusive pop-up: The Champagne Bar with Ruinart. In collaboration with the world’s oldest Champagne house, the bar officially opened on 8th May and is set to be a standout destination for lovers of fine Champagne and elegant experiences.
Set within the grandeur of The Lanesborough’s Great Hall, the Champagne Bar offers a refined yet relaxed setting, featuring curated décor, lush greenery, and a sophisticated atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a selection of Ruinart’s finest cuvées, including the Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2013, made exclusively from Grand and Premier Cru Chardonnay, and the delicate Dom Ruinart Rosé, known for its floral notes and vibrant red fruit flavours.
The pop-up will host a series of unique experiences throughout the summer, including an exclusive Ruinart Champagne Dinner. Guests can also indulge in a Ruinart Cream Tea with bespoke twists inspired by quintessential British events such as the Chelsea Flower Show, Royal Ascot, and Wimbledon.
Meanwhile, the Ruinart Summer Picnic in nearby Hyde Park offers an alfresco escape with gourmet fare and a bottle of Ruinart. The summer calendar also features live music performances every Wednesday and Friday, and DJ sets on Thursdays and Saturdays, adding a lively backdrop to the Champagne experience.
For those looking to deepen their appreciation, Champagne tasting masterclasses led by The Lanesborough’s Head Sommelier, Jules Coppier, will offer expert insights into Ruinart’s signature styles.
Private celebrations, from intimate gatherings to corporate events, can also be hosted at the bar, offering a truly memorable setting in one of London’s most iconic hotels.
