NIKU29 takes pride in its offerings of halal-certified Wagyu beef from Japan and premium Black Angus from Australia. Whether opting for thoughtfully curated set menus or exploring the diverse à la carte selections, each dish lives up to a bespoke journey through flavours and textures.

Central to its temptation is Yakiniku, the Japanese art of grilling meat, renowned for its interactive and communal nature deeply rooted in culinary tradition. Here, diners are invited to engage hands-on with their meals, enhancing the dining experience with every sizzle and aroma coming from the grill.

From the moment the menu is perused, one is drawn in. An array of meats—beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and seafood—are complemented by a variety of sauces and seasonings, including a savoury tare sauce, a robust onion sesame blend, genuine wasabi, and premium French fleur de sel.

The beef Yukke.

A standout among the delicacies is the Beef Yukke, a work of art on a plate featuring tender beef tartare crowned with earthy truffle caviar and a golden Kenkori egg yolk. Spread over crisp toasts, it’s a consonance of textures that enchant the palate.

After being grilled to perfection, Togarashi—a cut of beef renowned for its lean yet succulent profile—is equally impressive.

The marinated Tomosankaku is celebrated for its delicate yet moist texture, and goes well with side dishes such as Assorted Kimchi and Watercress Namul, rounding off a refreshing contrast to the rich flavours. Accompanied by egg yolk and rice balls, it’s the finest on earth in balancing bold flavours with savoury nuances.

Beyond the meat-centric offerings, the Japanese-style Beef Curry Rice is a heavenly, mellow delight before dessert. To conclude the journey, the Custard Cream Pudding—a velvety smooth euphoria with a layer of syrupy burnt caramel—bewitches the taste buds with its fusion of sweetness and bitterness.

Expertly prepared, there’s something here for every palate, where the hiss of grilled meats entice and the harmony of fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables beckon those seeking a lighter touch, ensuring guests find their perfect match.
