To commemorate Deepavali, Mandarin Oriental is collaborating with the luxurious Oberoi Hotel and Resorts Group to provide guests and patrons with a one-of-a-kind culinary experience!
Chef Rajiv Vatsyasyan and his Brigade de Cuisine, have curated a special menu featuring regional food and beverages from across India, as well as authentic dishes. Featured on the menu is Sikandari Khusk Raman, a leg of lamb marinated in Chef Rajiv’s brilliant blend of spices, slowly cooked inside a steam container with root vegetables, Tandoori Champein, marinated lamb chops cooked in a tandoor oven and marinated overnight with spices like cloves, black cardamom, and fenugreek, slow cooked until it is perfect. Meen Moilee is a speciality fish dish prepared with Indian ingredients served in a coconut milk-based curry. These mouth-watering dishes will be featured at Mosaic from the 20th to the 24th of October 2022.
A Stay and Dine package are also available, which includes a one-night stay in a Deluxe Park View Room, ‘Regional Cuisines of India’ buffet dinner at Mosaic, and complimentary breakfast for two.
