The bar has also created a series of New York-themed cocktails that include The Big Apple (vodka, apple liqueur, lemon juice, apple juice) and Bread Basket Sour (rye whisky, blackberries, lemon juice) – a drink created by the Smithsonian Institute to celebrate the American national anthem.
