Imagine buying a car out of a vending machine with Autobahn Motors, you don’t have to

Wonder what happens if it gets stuck, can you bang on the sides hoping it will just ‘fall’ out

If you ever feel the urge to own a luxury car in an instant, we suggest you head to sunny Singapore for the world’s largest luxury car vending machine. Dispensing exquisite mechanical sweets of Bentleys, Ferraris and Lamborghinis, a futuristic showroom by used car seller Autobahn Motors stands 15-stories tall in Bukit Merah.

Tossing aside the usual sales process of purchasing a car, visitors to the showroom simply tap on a tablet device to select one of the 60 swanky cars. Once a model has been selected and payments made (don’t worry, there’s no need to hunt for spare change), a unique ‘fishbone’ delivery system presents the car within two minutes to the expectant owner. Though the idea of a car vending machine is not novel, with a similar concept operated by American company Carvana in Texas, it is a unique solution to the scarcity of real estate space in the Little Red Dot. Besides, there’s no denying the childlike-glee in watching your newest toy sleekly arrive in mere minutes.
